Effective Solutions has been helping companies implement CRM Systems since 2004. When we started, we were almost exclusively an ACT! consulting business. Back in 2009 we added SageCRM to our CRM product offerings. These days most of our work is with the SageCRM product and a focus on integrating it with the Sage 100 Accounting System. We have over 70 active SageCRM customers around the country that have their systems tightly integrated with their Sage 100 Accounting Systems. And we still have a handful of ACT! customers that we support from time to time.
Back in 2010 we also developed a couple of Accounting Links for ACT. While not our core business these days, we still support hundreds of customers from around the country that are using our link products. QSalesData is our product that links ACT and Quickbooks (www.qsalesdata.com). S50SalesData is our product that links ACT with Sage 50, the Accounting product formerly known as Peachtree (www.s50salesdata.com).
