Our Story
Effective Solutions has been helping companies implement CRM Systems since 2004. When we started, we were almost exclusively an ACT! consulting business. Back in 2009 we added SageCRM to our CRM product offerings. These days most of our work is with the SageCRM product and a focus on integrating it with the Sage 100 Accounting System. We have over 70 active SageCRM customers around the country that have their systems tightly integrated with their Sage 100 Accounting Systems.

As CRM Consultants, we design, implement, train and support SageCRM software system! systems. We implement systems that are customized to the specific needs of our customers and their business. The solutions we deliver are not just implemented, but used, and become critical to the success of our customers. Our role in a CRM implementation is to help our clients "do it right the first time" and "hit the ground running" so they quickly get a return on investment from their project.
